You can count on me to handle the logistics so you have everything where it should be, when it should be so you can walk into your wedding and focus on all the love you’re going to receive. My role as the Wedding Day Coordinator is to oversee the setup and assist where needed, keep the bridal parties nerves at ease, get the bridal party down the aisle, make sure everything looks flawless and to ensure the day is flowing without any hiccups. I will make sure all of your vendors are sticking to the timeline you have provided and I will be the “go to person” for vendors, guests and family should any issues arise.

My mission is to help bring your wedding plans to life without you having to concern yourselves with the intricate details and sequence of service on your wedding day.

Below is an overview of the jobs I will carry out as the Wedding DAY Coordinator.

No two weddings are the same so I will work with you to ensure we have everything you require so you can enjoy your day without any worry.

• Site visit with the couple prior to the big day 

• Work with your celebrant to make sure your rehearsal runs smoothly

• Assist with the final touches of the reception set up and ensure it looks as planned

• Oversee the execution of décor, styling and floral set up - ensure furniture is moved from ceremony to reception if required

• Be a friendly point of contact for your wedding vendors & guests should questions or issues arise on your wedding day

• Greet and direct guests

• Direct and line up your bridal party ready for the ceremony and again for reception

• Cue musicians

• Work with vendors to ensure the day is keeping to time

• Make sure photos run efficiently and assist with photographer as required

• Work with your entertainment and MC to coordinate the bridal party entrance, speeches, cake cutting and first dance

• Assist the bridal party and family as required

• Make sure that all your important wedding materials and memories get back to you

• The go to person for any odd jobs that need to be done from filling up ice buckets, handing out wedding cake to making sure all your vendors are watered and fed

• And most importantly - make sure the bridal party have a drink in their hands and are having the best day/night

Availability

I am available for Friday, Saturday & Sunday weddings. If you are looking at another day of the week, feel free to get in touch & I can check my availability.

Travel

I am Waikato based but happy to travel to Auckland, BOP and further a field.
